The Annex and Lyon Terrace

Directions to City Hall Annex, 999 Broad Street, Bridgeport, CT

I-95 North

• Take Exit #27, Lafayette Boulevard. 
• At the bottom of the ramp, proceed straight along South Frontage Road approximately three (3) blocks to Lafayette Boulevard.  (NOTE: you will see the entrance onto I-95 straight ahead and the Arena at Ballpark at Harbor Yard to your right.) 
• Turn left onto Lafayette Boulevard and proceed under the highway overpass. 
• Proceed straight on Lafayette Boulevard to the 3rd traffic light at State Street.  
• Take a right on State Street (This is a one way street.)  City Hall Annex (also known as the JP Morgan Chase Bank building) is on the left. 
• Proceed one block and take a left at the traffic light onto Broad Street.  City Hall Annex is located on Broad Street between State and John Streets.

I-95 South

• Take Exit #27 - Downtown Bridgeport. 
• The ramp splits as you exit the highway; stay to the right.
• There is a light at the bottom of the ramp.  Proceed straight and stay to the right as you pass the next traffic light (at the entrance to the parking garage for Housatonic Community College).
• Proceed to the next traffic light at State Street.
• Take a right on State Street (This is a one way street.)  City Hall Annex (also known as the JP Morgan Chase Bank building) is on the left. 
• Proceed one block and take a left at the traffic light onto Broad Street.  City Hall Annex is located on Broad Street between State and John Streets.

From Routes 8 and 25 and the Merrit Parkway (Route 15)

• From the Merritt Parkway,
  • if coming from the North,  proceed to Route 25 Southbound by taking Exit #49S  OR
  • if coming from the South, proceed onto Route 8 Southbound / Stratford by taking Exit #52.
• Follow the signs heading towards Bridgeport. (NOTE: Routes 25 and 8 will merge at the Bridgeport/Trumbull town line.)
• Follow Route 8 / 25 south to Exit #1 - Prospect Street.
• Turn left at the traffic light at the bottom of the ramp onto Prospect Street and proceed one block to Lafayette Boulevard.
• Turn left onto Lafayette Boulevard and proceed to the 2nd traffic light at State Street.
• Take a right on State Street (This is a one way street.)  City Hall Annex (also known as the JP Morgan Chase Bank building) is on the left. 
• Proceed one block and take a left at the traffic light onto Broad Street.  City Hall Annex is located on Broad Street between State and John Streets.

Alternate directions from Routes 8 and 25

• Take Exit #3 - The ramp splits - stay to the left and follow signs for Main Street South.
• At the bottom of the ramp, be aware of traffic merging from the right; enter the center travel lane.
• Countinue south on Main Street to the intersection of Main and John Streets (Dunkin Donuts is on your right). 
• Turn right onto John Street and proceed one block to the next traffic light at Broad Street.
• Turn left onto Broad Street.
• City Hall Annex (also known as the JP Morgan Chase Bank building) is on the right.

Directions to City Hall, 45 Lyon Terrace, Bridgeport, CT

I-95 North

• Take Exit #27A, onto the Route 8 / 25 connector. 
• Take the first exit, Exit #2 - Golden Hill Street.
• At the end of the ramp there is a traffic light.  Proceed straight ahead.  There will be a park (on the left) and a church (on the right).
• At the stop sign, turn left onto Lyon Terrace.
• City Hall is on the left.

I-95 South

• Take Exit #27A, onto the Route 8 / 25 connector. 
• Take the first exit, Exit #2 - Golden Hill Street.
• At the end of the ramp there is a traffic light.  Proceed straight ahead.  There will be a park (on the left) and a church (on the right).
• At the stop sign, turn left onto Lyon Terrace.
• City Hall is on the left.

From Routes  8 and 25 and the Merrit Parkway (Route 15)

• From the Merritt Parkway,
  • if coming from the North, proceed onto Route 25 Southbound by taking Exit #49S OR
  • if coming from the South, proceed onto Route 8 Southbound / Stratford by taking Exit #52.
• Follow the signs heading towards Bridgeport.  (NOTE: Routes 25 and 8 will merge at the Bridgeport/Trumbull town line. )
• Follow Route 8 / 25 south to Exit #3 - Main Street and take the left fork.
• At the bottom of the ramp, be aware of traffic merging from the right; enter the center travel lane.
• Proceed straight on Main Street to the 2nd light at the intersection of Main and Congress Streets.
• Turn right at this light and proceed up the hill to the next traffic light (Police Headquarters is on the right).
• Turn left onto Lyon Terrace.
• City Hall is on the right.
