Central Grants and Community Development is now accepting applications for PY36. The application for CDBG, ESG, and HOPWA can be downloaded through the link below. If you are interested in a HOME application, please contact the office at 576-8144.

PY36 Application

As part of the Mayor's Initiatives to Create a Healthy Housing Market, Community Development oversees The HOME Program, Emergency Shelter Grants, and Community Development Block Grants for Public Improvements (sidewalks, streetlights, parks).

A copy of the approved budgets for these areas is available for review.

Every year the City opens an application process to apply for HOME, HOPWA, CDBG and ESG grant funding. This Process traditionally starts at the beginning of each calendar year.
