As part of the Mayor's Initiatives to Create a Healthy Housing Market, Community Development oversees The HOME Program, Emergency Shelter Grants, and Community Development Block Grants for Public Improvements (sidewalks, streetlights, parks).
A copy of the approved budgets for these areas is available for review.
Every year the City opens an application process to apply for HOME, HOPWA, CDBG and ESG grant funding. This Process traditionally starts at the beginning of each calendar year.
